(ORAL) By way of filing the present revision petition, the petitioner has laid challenge to the order dated 02.08.2019, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sonepat, whereby she was summoned under under Section 319 Cr.P.C., as an additional accused to face trial in case FIR No. 123 dated 22.03.2018 registered under Sections 306 and 498-A IPC at Police Station Kharkhoda, Sonepat. Status report dated 25.03.2023, filed by way of affidavit of Sh. Ramesh Kumar, HPS, Assistant Commissioner of Police City-II, Sonipat, on behalf of respondent-1, is taken on record. It has been averred in the status report that the petitioner along with her co-accused had already been acquitted by the trial Court vide judgment dated 08.08.2022.
