In view of the above, the present appeal is accepted. In terms of settlement the judgment and decree dated 18.08.2007, passed by Additional Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.) Gidderbaha and first appeal decided by Additional District Judge, Sri Muktsar Sahib on 24.08.2011 have been set aside. The compromise (Annexure C-1) shall form part of this order.
