The petitioner pays for issuance of a direction to the respondent to consider the application submitted by him on 28.07.2011. The petitioner appears in person and admits that pursuant to the subsequent public notice, the applications have been invited for grant of regular stage carriage permits in the year 2021, but he did not submit any application. 2.

Hence, no ground is made out to issue any writ. Consequently, the present writ petition is dismissed.
