Learned counsel for petitioner argued that matter has been compromised with the complainant party. Copy of compromise deed is Annexure P-2. One petition for quashing of FIR is also filed i.e. CRM-M35511-2024. Copy of order dated 05.08.2024 is Annexure P-3. It is prayed that his regular bail petition may be allowed. 4.
Bail petition is opposed by learned counsel representing State. Facts narrated in the FIR are confirmed in the status report. Present petitioner is specifically named. However, it is confirmed that petitioner
along with others have filed petition for quashing of FIR. Considering the allegations, he is not entitled to be released on bail. 6.
I have considered the arguments and have gone through the record. As referred above, present petitioner has already joined the investigation. He was arrested and is behind the bars since 12.03.2024. As referred above, matter is compromised with complainant and the parties have filed petition for quashing of present FIR. No purpose would be served by keeping the petitioner behind the bars any more. <
