(Oral) After arguing the matter for some time, counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a revision challenging the order dated 10.05.2019, before the Court of Sessions. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. In case, the revision is filed within a period of 15 days from today before the Court of Sessions, considering the fact that this petition remain pending for a considerable long time before this Court, the same will be decided on merits without raising an objection with regard to the limitation.
