Learned State counsel submits that as per directions in the order dated 14.12.2017, the petitioner has been paid the due amount with interest @ 9% and as such, this petition has been rendered infrucutous. In view of submission of learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
