CM No. 5275-CI of 2016 and RFA No. 1701 of 2016 Learned counsel for the appellants submits that present appeal is squarely covered by the order dated 16.2.2016 passed by this Court in RFA No. 3397 of 2014 (Katar Singh and others Vs. State of Haryana and others).

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Shivendra Swaroop, AAG, Hayana, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 and 2. The correctness of the abovesaid statement made by learned counsel for the appellants could not be denied by the learned counsel for the State, it being a matter of record.

In view of the abovesaid fact situation obtaining in the present case, instant appeal is ordered to be disposed of in terms of the order dated 16.2.2016 passed in Katar Singh's case (supra). Disposed of, accordingly.
