The appeal filed by the landowners is allowed in terms of the detailed judgment of even date passed in RFA No.2131 of 2014 titled as "Satya Narain and another Vs. State of Haryana and others". However, in view of earlier order dated 14.08.2015, the landowners shall not be entitled to interest on the enhanced compensation for the period of delay of 247 days.
