The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to the official respondents No.1 to 3 to comply with the provisons of Section 41 read with Section 160 Cr.P.C. in view of directions issued by Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in case of Arunesh Kumar vs. State of Bihar and another, 2014 AIR SCW 3930.
