On the asking of the Court, Mr. Shivendra Swaroop, AAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondents. After hearing learned counsel for the parties, instant application is allowed, for the reasons stated therein. Delay of 6532
days in filing the present appeal is condoned. However, it is made clear that the applicant-appellant shall not be entitled for interest for this delay of 6532 days, in view of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Imrat Lal and others Vs. Land Acquisition Collector and others, 2015 (2) RCR (civil) 437. CM stands disposed of.
CM No. 5341-CI-2016 Applicant seeks leave of the Court to file appeal on behalf of legal representatives of Mihan Singh-appellant No.5 and Ankaurrespondent No.6, on the basis of para 1 of the application. After hearing learned counsel for the applicant, instant application is allowed for the reasons stated therein, however, subject to all just exceptions. Leave sought is granted. CM stands disposed of.
CM No. 5343-CI-2016 & RFA No. 1716 of 2016 Learned counsel for the appellants submits that present appeal is squarely covered by the order dated 13.1.2016 passed by this Court in RFA No. 4636 of 1998 (State of Haryana and another Vs. Khajani Devi (died) through her LRs and others). Notice of motion.

In view of the abovesaid fact situation obtaining in the present case, instant appeal is ordered to be disposed of in terms of the order dated 13.1.2016 passed in Khajani Devi's case (supra). Disposed of, accordingly.
