This is a petition challenging the order passed by the Family Court dated 30.7.2019, whereby interim maintenance of Rs.10,000/- has been awarded to the minor child.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that amount of maintenance is on the higher side since the wife herself is earning and is employed as a Government teacher.

Be that as it may, the impugned order was passed in July 2019 and it is only by way of interim maintenance that the amount in question was awarded. It is also not clear as to whether the said amount is being regularly paid to the minor by the petitioner/husband.

In view thereof, there is no ground to entertain the petition. Dismissed.
