This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for violation of the order dated 17.01.2025 passed in CWP-15897-2023. 2.

The compliance report by way of affidavit of Ms. Parneet Kaur, Assistant Director, Department of Rural Development and Panchayat, Punjab on behalf of respondent No.3 alongwith order dated 22.08.2025 has been filed by learned State counsel, which is taken on record.
