SUVIR SEHGAL, J. (Oral) Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.195 dated 22.11.2018, under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468 and 471 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Fatehgarh Sahib, District Fatehgarh Sahib.

In compliance of the order dated 20.09.2019, affidavit dated 25.02.2020 of Kuldeep Singh, SI, Police Station Fatehgarh Sahib, who is the Investigating Officer, has been filed. The same is taken on record. The Court is satisfied with the explanation given in the affidavit. Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Kuldeep Singh submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.
