The present petition has been filed inter alia praying for issuance of directions to respondent No. 3 to look into the representation dated 08.07.2025 (Annexure P-1), whereby the petitioner has sought the protection of the life and liberty of himself and his family members. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner after vehemently arguing on the merits of the case, prays for withdrawal of the present petition, so as to enable the petitioner to pursue the representation dated 08.07.2025 which is pending before respondent No. 3.
