Main case The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking direction to official respondents to entrust investigation of FIR No.273 dated 26.10.2016 under Sections 25 & 27 of Arms Act, 1959 and 147, 148, 149, 285, 427 and 447 of IPC, 1860 registered at Police Station Sirsa Sadar, District Sirsa to some independent agency and to take action against the culprits. 2.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner contends that he would be satisfied in case his application/ representation (Annexure P-7) be decided in a time bound manner.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner and further without commenting upon the merits of the case, the respondent No.2-Superintendent of Police, Sirsa, is directed to decide the representation (Annexure P-7) within a period of four weeks from the date of passing of this order, by passing a speaking order. 6.
