RFA No.1775 of 2016 Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the present appeal is covered by the order dated 3.9.2014 passed by this court in RFA No.2075 of 2012 (Sohan Lal and another Vs. State of Haryana and others). Notice of motion.

On the asking of the court, Mr. Shivendra Swaroop, AAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondents no.1 and 2 and Mr. Pritam Singh Saini, Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of respondent no.3. After hearing learned counsel for the parties and going through the record of the case, present appeal has been found covered by the order dated 3.9.2014 passed by this court in RFA No.2075 of 2012 (Sohan Lal's case (supra).

In view of the above said undisputed fact situation obtaining in the present case, instant appeal is ordered to be disposed of in terms of the order 3.9.2014 passed by this court in RFA No.2075 of 2012 (Sohan Lal and another Vs. State of Haryana and others). Disposed of accordingly.
