***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that erroneously on the last date of hearing, it has been submitted that an application for pauper and schedule of property has been filed before the Lower Appellate Court. However, it is now submitted that no such application was filed and at this stage, learned counsel submits that he does not want to pursue the instant revision petition, which may be dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file appropriate application for seeking exemption for furnishing the deficiency of court fee, before the Lower Appellate Court. In view of the submission, so made, the instant revision petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty aforesaid. (ARCHANA PURI) 02.11.2023 JUDGE
