The instant Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the inquiry/notice dated 05.07.2024 (Annexure P-3). 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition at this stage as he has only been called for the inquiry vide letter dated 05.07.2024 (Annexure P-3). He submits that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to avail his remedies in case any action is taken against the petitioner in pursuance of inquiry as undertaken by the Authorities and as mentioned in letter dated 05.07.2024 (Annexure P-3).

In view of the above, the instant Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn at this stage with the liberty aforesaid. 4.
