(Oral) The petitioners pray for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No. 126 dated 24.8.2019 registered under Section 295-A, 355 IPC at Police Station City-1 Sangrur, District Sangrur.

The operative part of the order dated 20.9.2019, vide which the petitioners have been granted interim bail, is reproduced below: "Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that with regard to the management of the temple, a civil suit was already pending, which stands decreed in favour of the accused party and even as per the own case of the complainant, number of times, meetings were held at the level of District Administration.

Notice of motion for 14.10.2019."

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners, in pursuance to the order dated 20.9.2019, have already joined the investigation.
