ARUN MONGA, (ORAL) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking directions to respondents No.2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner, his aged parents and other family members because his brother namely, Anmol Singh, was seen near the site where fire incident took place on 29.08.2023. 2.

Learned State counsel, at the very outset, on instructions from ASI Lakhvir Chand, submits that FIR No.50 dated 30.08.2023 under Sections 302, 307, 109 read with Section 34 of IPC and Sections 25and 27 of Arms Act has been registered at Police Station City Balachaur, District Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar, against brother of the petitioner namely, Anmol Singh. 3.

In view thereof, no ground for interference by this Court is made out. 4.

Dismissed.

However, petitioner is at liberty to seek recourse to his remedy in accordance with law.
