       Through this petition, the petitioners seek anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.204 dated 29.07.2021, under Sections 323, 324, 506, 148 IPC (Sections 325 and 326 IPC added later on), and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, at Police Station Phillaur, District Jalandhar Rural.

Vide order dated 06.12.2021 passed by this Court, the petitioners had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join the investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Ranjit Singh, submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation and are now not required for any further investigation.
