(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that initially a criminal complaint was filed by the petitioner before the Court of Sessions, Gurugram under Sections 406, 420, 425, 467, 468, 120, 34 IPC and under Sections 8, 9, 10, 13-C and 13-D of Prevention of Corruption Act.

The said complaint was dismissed by the Additional Sessions Judge for want of sanction to prosecute public servants. Thereafter, petitioner has already filed representations dated 08.04.2021, 15.04.2021 and 22.02.2022, but no action has been taken by the competent authority so far. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case his JYOTI SHARMA 2022.05.20 17:41 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP No. 24831 of 2021 -2representation is directed to be decided by respondent No.1 by passing a speaking order in accordance with law. Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Vivek Chauhan, Addl. A.G., Haryana accepts notice on behalf of State of Haryana. In view of nature of order which this Court proposes to pass, there is no necessity of calling upon any response from the respondents at this stage, as no order prejudicial to the interest of any party is being passed.

This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 to take note of pending representation filed by the petitioner and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
