Vide order dated 03.11.2022, this Court had granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 03.11.2022 the petitioner has joined the investigation and all the conditions have been complied with. He further submits that the matter has been compromised. This fact has not been disputed by the State counsel Given the nature of allegations, no pre-trial incarceration is required. Without commenting on the case's merits and the circumstances peculiar to this case, the petitioner makes a case for release on bail.

Given above, the present petition is allowed. The order dated 03.11.2022, is hereby made absolute. All pending miscellaneous applications, if any, stand disposed of.
