(Oral) The instant Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the show cause notice dated 09.07.2024 (Annexure P-3) and show cause notice dated 10.07.2024 (Annexure P-4). 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the petitioner has already received his passport.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
