After hearing counsel for the Review Applicant, as also the non-applicant/petitioner no. 10, the present application is disposed of with a direction to the State of Haryana to implement the order, the review of which is sought for qua the aforesaid two petitioners, after scrutinizing the facts of their cases and giving them benefit of stepping up of their pay from the date their juniors belonging to the reserved category were promoted to the next promotional post, prior to their promotion.
