(ORAL) This appeal is directed against the judgement and order dated 17.08.2023 passed by the learned Single Judge dismissing the writ petition filed by the petitioner (appellant herein). Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he has been informed by learned counsel for respondent No. 2 that the screening test has already taken place on 10.09.2023 and, as such, the appellant cannot claim any benefit now.
