The learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to satisfy this Court with regard to locus standi of the petitioner to maintain the instant writ petition wherein becomes enclosed prayer for issuance of directions upon the respondents No.1 to 3 to take action against respondent No.6 for drawing pension by concealing the factum of his second marriage. Consequently, the instant writ petition is dismissed for want of locus standi.
