))  +&  , )-    Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.118 dated 01.08.2021, registered under Sections 323, 324 and 34 IPC and Section 326 IPC (added later on), at Police Station Garhshankar, District Hoshiarpur.

Vide order dated 12.10.2022 passed by this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.

 Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Sukhram Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.
