Instant petition has been filed u/s 528 of BNSS, 2023, for quashing of FIR No.318, dated 25.05.2017, under Sections 323, 34, 506 of IPC, 1860, registered at P.S. Palam Vihar, District Gurugram, Haryana (Annexure P-1), in view of compromise dated 12.07.2025 (Annexure P-2), and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom. 2.

After hearing learned State counsel, on 15.10.2025, following order was passed:- "

At the outset, learned State counsel points out that one of the injured, namely; Jaipal, is not a party in the instant compromise quashing petition.

List again on 11.12.2025.

In the meanwhile, petitioners are directed to do the needful and place on record the amended memo of parties by impleading the remaining injured, 'Jaipal', in the array of respondents, along with proof of the compromise so effected with him as well." 3.
