Though matters were being taken up through physical hearing mode today, this matter has been taken up through video conferencing on specific request of learned counsel and in terms of circular dated 14.09.2021. It is submitted that the petitioner, who was selected and appointed as JBT/ETT Teacher on regular basis and joined service on 27.12.2004, has been wrongly ignored for promotion to the post of TGT Sanskrit and persons junior to the petitioner have been promoted vide orders dated 30.07.2018 (Annexure P9). Learned counsel further submits that in this respect petitioner represented before the respondent-authorities and also submitted legal notice dated 16.07.2021 (Annexure P7), but to no avail. Ms. Kirti Singh, DAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. Advance copy of writ petition stands supplied. Learned counsel for the respondents does not raise serious objection to the restricted prayer. Keeping in view the limited prayer addressed, facts and circumstances of the case but without expressing any opinion on the merits thereof, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority, to decide representation dated 16.07.2021 (Annexure P7) by passing a speaking order, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
