This order will dispose of three appeals bearing RFA Nos. 2934, 4657 and 4658 of 2015, as common questions of law and facts are involved therein.

The landowners are in appeals seeking enhancement of compensation for the acquired land.

Briefly, the facts of the case are that vide notification dated 15.1.2008, issued under Section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (for short, 'the Act'), State of Haryana sought to acquire 337.47 acres of land, situated in villages Khairpur and Vaidwala, Tehsil and District Sirsa for development as residential and commercial Sectors 21 and 22-P, Sirsa. The same was followed by notification dated 14.1.2009, issued under Section 6 of the Act. Ultimately, the land measuring 305.516 acres was acquired. The Land Acquisition Collector (for short, 'the Collector'), vide award No.7 dated 12.1.2011, assessed the compensation @ ` 50,00,000/- per acre. Aggrieved against the award of the Collector, the land owners filed objections which were referred to the learned court below, who keeping in view the material placed on record by the parties, determined the fair value of the acquired land @ ` 83,18,000/- per acre. RFA No. 2934 of 2015 (2) which has been challenged in the present set of appeals by the landowners. Learned counsel for the parties are agreed that the issues raised in the present set of appeals are squarely covered by the judgment of this Court in RFA No.583 of 2014-Balbir Kaur v. State of Haryana and others, decided on 4.9.2015, whereby the matter has been remanded back to the learned Reference Court for decision afresh.

Accordingly, for the reasons recorded in Balbir Kaur ' s case (supra), the present appeals are also disposed of in the same terms. Parties through their counsels are directed to appear before learned District Judge, Sirsa on19.12.2015.
