(Oral) This petition has been filed seeking a writ of certiorari directing the respondents to consider the petitioners' representations dated 16.12.2022 and 06.06.2023, Annexures P-9 and P-11 respectively, seeking parity with similarly situated employees whose representations have been decided vide order dated 25.05.2023 (Annexure P-10). 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that despite being similarly situated, as the persons who had earlier approached this Court and their representations were decided by the Department vide order dated 25.05.2023, Annexure P-10, the petitioners' case has not been so considered. The representations, dated 16.12.2022 and 06.06.2023, submitted by them remain pending with the respondents without any decision having been taken thereupon. He further submits that, at this stage, the petitioners will be satisfied in case respondent No.2 is directed to decide PAYAL 2023.09.11 16:34 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

Mr. Sanjeev Kaushik, Addl. AG, Haryana, appearing on advance notice, submits that the pending representations, dated 16.12.2022 and 06.06.2023, shall be decided by respondent No.2 expeditiously. 5.

In view thereof, without going into merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2/Director, Secondary Education, Haryana, to consider and decide the pending representations dated 16.12.2022 and 06.06.2023, keeping in view the decision already taken vide Annexure P-10, by passing a speaking order in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order.
