Due to COVID-19 situation, the Court is convened through video conference.

This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking issuance of directions to respondents No. 2 to 4 for transfer of investigation with regard to alleged forging of signatures of the petitioner. Further prayer is for issuance of directions to the respondent No.2 for taking legal action on the complaints filed by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing for some time seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail remedies against filing of the complaint. The present petition is disposed of with liberty as prayed for.
