**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This is a petition under Sectionn 528 Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for issuance of a direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to take legal action against the respondent No.4 and Bank official of State Bank of India Branch Tagore Nagar Ludhiana for causing loss to public exchequer by illegally grabbing the public money in connivance with each other. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he will be satisfied in case a direction be issued to respondent No.2-Commissioner of Police, District Ludhiana, to look into the representation dated 02.08.2024 (Annexure P-1), within a time bound manner.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Commissioner of Police, District Ludhiana, to look into the representation dated 02.08.2024 (Annexure P-1) and decide the same by passing speaking order, after giving an opportunity of hearing in accordance SANGEETA 2024.09.02 09:44 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
