Counsel for the petitioner submits that by way of present revision petition, prayer has been made for quashing of order dated 16.08.2019, passed by Ld. Trial Court. However, during the pendency of present revision petition, suit proceedings have been decided by the learned trial Court, thus, he submits that present revision petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such.
