The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.335, dated 01.09.2020, registered under Section 406, at Police Station Zirakpur, District SAS Nagar Mohali.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Gurdeep Singh submits that the challan has since been presented on 22.09.2023 in the present case.

In view of the aforementioned statement, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to take up all pleas at the appropriate stage, in accordance with law. 4.
