Learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his submission only for direction to Superintendent of Police, Karnal to conduct proper investigation in case bearing FIR No.5 dated 04.01.2018 registered at Police Station Madhuban, Karnal for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 471, 467, 468, 506, 420 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code and to submit the final report in the Court at the earliest. Without expressing any opinion on merits, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2-Superintendent of Police, Karnal to look into the grievance of petitioner as put forth by his counsel and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
