(Oral) The petitioner alleges violation of the order dated 09.11.2021 vide which a direction was issued to decide the legal notice. Reply by way of affidavit of the Civil Surgeon, Hoshiarpur, filed in the Court is taken on record, according to which a speaking order (Annexure R-2/5) has already been passed and the architectural design of the proposed building has already been changed. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
