By way of present petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, prayer has been made for transfer of investigation in FIR No.63 dated 31.07.2019 under Section 22,25 NDPS Act, 1985, P.S. Block Majri Distt. SAS Nagar (Annexure P-1) to some independent investigating agency.

Having argued for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition at this stage with liberty to avail his remedies before the trial Court.
