(Oral) By way of present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for quashing of FIR No.19 dated 28.01.2021, under Section 420 IPC, registered at Police Station Kathu Nangal, District Amritsar along with all consequential proceedings arising out of the same on the basis of compromise dated 27.11.2021 (Annexure P-2).

Today, learned counsel for both the parties inform this Court that the parties did not adhere to the terms and conditions of the settlement earlier arrived at between them Since, settlement earlier arrived at between the parties has not matured, therefore, I do not find any merit in the present petition and thus, the same is dismissed.
