**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner for quashing of order dated 08.08.2024 passed by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Fazilka vide which additional charge under Section 307 IPC has been ordered to be framed and further the amended charge-sheet vide which the petitioner and other co-accused have been directed to be tried for the offences under Section 307, 324/34, 323/34, 506 IPC.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant case with liberty to raise all such pleas at appropriate stage during the course of trial. Allowed as prayed for.
