The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of Look Out notice against respondent No.2 against whom FIR No.2434, dated 20.12.2022, registered under Section 174-A IPC, at Police Station Shivaji Nagar, District Gurugram and who has been declared as proclaimed person vide order dated 02.06.2022, Annexure P-1.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition to approach the authorities. 3.
