Vide order dated 22.03.2022, this Court appointed Mr. Swaran Sandhir, Advocate as Mediator to settle the dispute amicably between the parties.
Today, a report dated 28.04.2022 has been received from Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court. As per this report, the matter has been duly compromise between the parties. The settlement deed is dated 27.04.2022 signed by the parties.
Learned counsel for the respondent has admitted the factum of compromise effected between the parties.
Learned counsel for the parties submits that the parties will be abide by the terms and conditions of the compromise dated 27.04.2022 In view of the fact that the matter stands compromised between the parties, the present appeal stands disposed of and the parties are bound by the terms of compromise effected between them.
