Accordingly, this appeal is disposed of in terms of the decision given by this Court in RFA No. 5626 of 2010 decided on 26.3.2014. However, the appellants will not be entitled to receive interest and other benefits for the intervening period of 1646 days (i.e. due to delay in filing the appeal).
