1. To be referred to the Reporter or not ?

2. Whether the judgement should be reported in Digest ? RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J Learned counsel for the parties are ad-idem that the instant appeal is squarely covered by the judgement dated 3.9.2014 passed by this court in RFA No.2075 of 2012 (Sohan Lal and another Vs. State of Haryana and others), whereby a bunch of identical appeals were decided together. Learned counsel for the parties are further agreeable that the present appeal may be disposed of in terms of the judgement of this court in Sohan Lal's case (supra).

Ordered accordingly.

Consequently, appellants-land owners are held entitled to receive the compensation for their acquired land @ Rs.1230/- per sq. yard from the date of notification under Section 4 of the Act. Besides this, the GREESH SAHNI 2016.01.15 12:40 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

RFA No.3058 of 2015 land owners shall also be entitled for all the statutory benefits available to them under the relevant provisions of the Act. However, it is made clear that the instant appeal was delayed by a period of 870 days, which has been condoned vide separate order passed in CM no.5656-C1 of 2015. The appellants-land owners shall not be entitled for interest for the period of delay i.e. 870 days, in view of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Imrat Lal and others Vs. Land Acquisition Collector and others, 2015 (2) RCR (Civil) 437.

In view of the above, instant appeal stands disposed of in terms of the judgement dated 3.9.2014 passed by this court in Sohan Lal's case (supra), however, with no order as to costs.

Disposed of, accordingly.

14.1.2016 (RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK) GS JUDGE GREESH SAHNI 2016.01.15 12:40 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
