(Oral) Counsel for the State submits that since necessary compliance has been made and a speaking order has been passed, this petition may be disposed of having been rendered infructuous. Counsel for the State also submits that even subsequent to passing of the speaking order, the interest on gratuity has also been paid and a copy of the pay order is also placed on record. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
