Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the present appeal is squarely covered by the order dated 16.9.2015 passed by this court in RFA No.7108 of 2012 (Rampal and others Vs. Land Acquisition Collector and another).

After hearing learned counsel for the parties, application for condonation of delay is allowed for the reasons stated therein. Delay of 31 days is condoned.
In view of the above said undisputed fact situation obtaining in the present case, instant appeal is ordered to be disposed of in terms of the order dated 16.9.2015 passed by this court in RFA No.7108 of 2012 (Rampal and others Vs. Land Acquisition Collector and another). Disposed of, accordingly.
