***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Today, at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that at this stage he would be satisfied in case a direction is issued to respondent No.3-Commissioner of Police, Amritsar to look into his representation dated 29.11.2021 (Annexure P-3) and to dispose it off expeditiously.

In view of the aforesaid submission and without commenting anything as regards merits of the case or as regards veracity of averments made in the petition, the petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.3-Commissioner of Police, Amritsar to look into the matter and to dispose off the representation dated 29.11.2021 (Annexure P-3) in PANKAJ KAKKAR 2021.12.09 13:04 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
