AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) Prayer in present writ petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents to determine the overtime allowance by taking into consideration the revised basic pay w.e.f. 01.01.2016.

On asking of Court, Mr.Hitesh Pandit, Additional Advocate General, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of respondents/State.
Mr.Anand Bhardwaj, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioners submits that petitioners, at this stage, would be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.2 to consider and decide demand notice dated 21.06.2019, (Annexure P-6) in terms of order dated 23.03.2011 (Annexure P-5) within some specified time.

CWP No.26923 of 2019 {2} In view of statement made by learned counsel for the petitioners and without going into merit of case or commenting thereon, present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the demand notice dated 21.06.2019, (Annexure P-6) in terms of order dated 23.03.2011 (Annexure P-5) by passing a well reasoned and speaking order within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
In case, legal notice is not decided within aforementioned specified time, there shall be costs of Rs.25,000/- to be paid by the concerned officer to the petitioners.
