The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus for issuance of directions to respondent Nos.1 to 4 to complete the investigation in FIR No.114 dated 15.05.2019 under Sections 307, 326, 323, 324, 148, 149 IPC registered at Police Station Beas, District Amritsar Rural (Annexure P-1).

Status report dated 03.10.2024 in the form of affidavit of Senior Superintendent of Police, District Amritsar (Rural) already filed in the Registry is taken on record. Copy of the same has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner.
